RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
In the event that you are unhappy with any part of your delivery or a specific Product, you can reach out to us at support@factorform.com.
Money-Back Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with your first order, you may request a full refund through support@factorform.com within 30 days of original order date. This money-back guarantee applies to first orders only.
All other orders: please request refund within five (5) days of the date you received the unsatisfactory item. If related to the condition of a Product, we, at our sole discretion, may give you credit for the individual Product, and in some situations, issue a partial or full refund for the Product.
We reserve the right, however, to require either the return of the unsatisfactory Product, or a photograph of such, before any partial/full refund or credit will be issued. Any future release, update or other addition to the Products offered shall be subject to this Policy. Factor, its suppliers, and its service providers reserve all rights not granted in this Policy, including the right to modify this Policy at any time.
