I thought water was enough hydration, but I was wrong.
"These hydration packets are amazing. I use one or two a day in the drink bottle that came with my order, and I absolutely love them. They taste better than any soda or sports drink, and each of the three flavors has its own unique and rare ingredients that really seem to do the trick. I've noticed that I don't feel as dehydrated when I wake up in the morning, and my lips aren't as chapped as they used to be. I drink a lot of water in general, but when I add this, it makes me stay hydrated for a longer period of time. Water tastes great and I've always loved it, but every now and then, it's nice to kick your water up a notch with some sugar-free flavoring. Definite five stars!"
